Not all cows’ milk is the same – not all protein is the same.

Fitness experts hail a cows’ milk that will help many return to drinking milk.

Cows’ milk is still the most natural recovery drink to help rehydrate and replenish the body of essential nutrients after a work out. However, with many people finding dairy hard to digest causing them unpleasant side effects, it often leads to them avoiding it altogether.

For those that have tummy troubles when consuming milk, there may be a cows’ milk that can help them enjoy the benefits of milk without the side effects. A natural cows’ milk that only has one difference - the protein that it contains.

Different cows produce different types of protein. The two most prevelant naturally occuring protein found in cows’ milk is the A1 protein, found in most cows’ milk, and A2 which is found in certain breeds of dairy cows.

Studies show that the A1 protein breaks down more slowly in the body, and for some people this can lead to uncomfortable symptoms that are similar to those of lactose intolerance. But for many of these people, the problem isn't lactose (the sugar in milk) at all – the A1 protein could be the issue.
